These quirky moustache earrings are a unique homage to an iconic fictional detective, Hercule Poirot. Individually handmade using paper from a copy of one of Agatha Christie's most famous crime novels, The Murder of Roger Ackroyd.
I use old tattered copies of books and give them a new life as pieces of eco-friendly recycled jewellery making each piece myself in my garden studio.
In line with my ethics as a sustainable and eco-conscious brand, my packaging is all recycled and recyclable or even compostable and instead of a free gift a tree is planted for every order as part of my partnership with Ecologi.
The handmade earring hooks use gold filled wire which is a more economical alternative to 9 carat gold. This wire is 10% gold and as it is bonded to the base metal it will not wear off with use unlike gold plated hooks.
